On 11th October, 2023, Research, Development and Innovation (RDI) successfully organized an Interaction program between the Vice-chancellor and the PhD scholars at C.V. Raman Auditorium in KU, Dhulikhel, Kavre. The interaction aimed to bring together Vice-chancellor, other KU authorities, supervisors and all the PhD scholars together in one floor to listen and discuss their experience, expectation and problem in PhD duration. The same program also welcomed the new PhD scholars in Kathmandu University.
Prof. Dr. Bibhuti Ranjan Jha started the program by highlighting the status of PhD scholars of all the schools. Prof. Dr. Achyut Prasad Wagle, Registrar welcome all the participant and motivated the PhD scholars to do best in their respective field so that the academic and community would be benefited. Associate Prof. Gajendra Sharma brief about highlighted of program and last year program. Deans of all schools talk about the status and future plans of PhD program in their respective school. After the speech there was an open forum where the PhD scholars put forward their quires and feedbacks. All the feedbacks were recorded and would be addressed.
The program was concluded with closing remarks by Prof. Dr. Bhola Thapa, Vice-chancellor answering all the quires and thanking all the participants of the program. RDI would like to extend special thanks to all the participant and we look forward to your feedback of the interaction program.
